This week saw the opening of Cyber City newest attraction The Cyber City Smart Mall! Built and developed with Strawberries Tech, the Smart Mall boasts a shopping experience of the future. Browse 100+ stores with the help of an AI shopping assistant SAM-U.L (Shop Assist Manage UtiLity) or eat from one of the many automated restaurants and then relax in the Eco Centre, the world first indoor-outdoor virtual immersion environment. This new Mall does have it all. Opening day saw thousands of Cyber City citizens come out to shop, eat and relax while hundreds used the virtual experience to digitally mingle with the crowds.

But just one day after opening the Smart Mall is in chaos. Problems with its Ai assistant SAM-U.L have caused pandemonium in the isles. But that is just the tip of the iceberg, empty shelves, payment systems down and even the mall reaching temperatures of over 30 degrees has seen shoppers staying away from the city latest attraction. With the Mall now closed to the public Strawberries tech have brought in the Cyber Squad with the help of Cyber Explorers to get to the bottom of the problems plaguing the world most advanced, and most expensive shopping experience.
